Indoor pool, Tesla supercharger access, spacious lounge area
The air vent in the bathroom constantly ran, making it hard to sleep!!! Coffee service was painfully slow in the morning, with a long wait time for basic amenities. Cleanliness could definitely use some improvement!!!

Just a balanced option for a short stay in Smithfield with incredible value for money. The pool was a highlight when it was not crowded. Make sure to check the breakfast times for hot items.

this hotel is certainly lacking, a tiny room with no coffee pot, are you kidding? i expected so much more as a guest. breakfast didn’t even start until after 8:00, which makes me wonder if they know how to cater. i almost considered leaving a positive review, but i just couldn't. what a shame!

Charming stay with lovely breakfast service
I enjoyed the modern look of the hotel, especially the absence of carpet which made the floors feel clean. The breakfast attendant was exceptionally welcoming and made my mornings brighter! The pool was a highlight—once the kids left it alone, it was perfect!
However, I found the room a bit small and lacking in storage options, as there was no closet for my belongings. The breakfast selection could also use some improvement. scrambled eggs were hard, and the sausage felt bland.

We really enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff helped us make the most of our stay during a stormy weather day, allowing early check-in and late check-out. Perfect for our large family visit!
My wife says that the breakfast selection could be expanded.

I stayed in the Queen Room, Hearing Accessible for one night. The room was new and had an awesome view of the trees. I really liked the streaming TV and the handy soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. But honestly, breakfast could've used more protein options. the eggs were kinda bland. Overall, it was a comfy stay!

The hotel was close to loads of restaurants and an outlet mall, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. The pool was a great spot to chill after our outings. We even got to visit a local attraction that added more fun to our trip. Highly recommend checking it out with your crew!
I had a small issue with housekeeping. our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, which was disappointing.
